Multi Data Services Corp. (“MDS” “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their ‘Personally Identifiable Information’ (PII) is being used online. PII, as described in US privacy law and information security, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context.
This policy applies only to information we collect:
- Through our websites, applications, products, and services that link to this policy (our “Services”).
- In communications, including email, text, chat, and other electronic messages, between you and the Services.
- When you interact with our advertising and applications (including mobile apps) on third-party websites and services, if those applications or advertising include links to this policy.
It does not apply to information collected by:
- Us offline or through any other means.
- Our clients, who present our Services to their end users and who use our Services to host and store end user information. End user data is instead covered by our clients’ privacy policies. If you have any questions about the data practices of a Company client that uses our Services to process your personal information, please contact the Company Client directly.
- Any third party including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or through the Services.
Please read our privacy policy carefully to get a clear understanding of how we collect, use, protect or otherwise handle your PII in accordance with our Services. By interacting with our Services or providing us with your information, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this privacy policy. This policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy.) Your continued use of the Services after we make changes as described here is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.
Do we collect Children’s and Minors’ Data?
Our Services are not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect any personal data from, children under the age of 18. If we learn we have collected or received personal data from a child under 18 years old without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our Services?
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number or other details to help you with your experience.

We collect information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to a newsletter, fill out a form, open a Support Ticket, provide us with feedback on our products or services, or enter information on our site.
Automatically Through Our Services
As you navigate through and interact with our Services, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect information that may include personal data. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, operating system, and browser type, and information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies, including details of your interactions with our Services, such as traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data, and which resources and Services features that you access and use.
We use these automatic collection technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party sites or other online services (behavioral tracking).
We use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart. They are also used to help us understand your preferences based on previous or current site activity, which enables us to provide you with improved services. We also use cookies to help us compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We may also use trusted third-party services that track this information on our behalf.

Please note that some Services features may be unavailable as a result.
When you interact with the Services, there are third parties that may use automatic collection technologies to collect information about your or your device. These third parties include:
- Advertisers, ad networks, and ad servers. We use Google AdSense Advertising on our website. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site. Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to our users based on previous visits to our site and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt-out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google Ad and Content Network privacy policy.
- Analytics companies.
- Your device manufacturer.
- Your internet or mobile service provider.
These third parties may use tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use the Services. The information they collect may be associated with your personal data or they may collect information, including personal data, about your online activities over time and across different websites, apps, platforms, and other online services. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content.
We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.
You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser settings. Since browser is a little different, look at your browser’s Help Menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies.
If you turn cookies off, some of the features on your site may be less efficient or may not function properly.
How do we use your information?
We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

Location and Device Information
We may collect certain location-specific information in connection with your use of our services. This includes:
IP Address and Geolocation Controls: We may record and use your IP address to determine your approximate geographic location. We use this information to help maintain the security of our services, including by blocking or restricting access from certain regions or jurisdictions.
Device Fingerprinting: When you access or interact with our services, we may collect technical information about your device, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and other identifiers. This “device fingerprint” may be logged, for example, when you accept our Terms of Use or other agreements, to provide a record of consent and to help detect and prevent fraud or unauthorized activity.
We use this information solely for purposes of security, compliance, fraud prevention, and to maintain reliable records of user activity and consent.
Who We Disclose Your Information To
We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.
We may also disclose personal data that we collect or you provide as described in this privacy policy:
- To our subsidiaries and affiliates.
- To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our organization and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal data confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.

- To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.
- For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.

We may also disclose your personal data:

- To enforce or apply our terms of use and any other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes.
- If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of our organization, our clients, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information unless we provide users with advance notice.
How do we protect your information?
We use commercially reasonable administrative, physical, and technical measures designed to protect your personal data from accidental loss or destruction and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Including, but not limited to:
- We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.
- We only provide articles and information. We never ask for credit card numbers.
- We use regular Malware Scanning.
- Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
- We implement a variety of security measures when a user enters, submits or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.
- All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
However, no website, mobile application, system, electronic storage, or online service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal data transmitted to, through, using, or in connection with the Services. In particular, email, texts, and chats sent to or from the Services may not be secure, and you should carefully decide what information you send to us via such communications channels. Any transmission of personal data is at your own risk.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. You are responsible for taking steps to protect your personal data against unauthorized use, disclosure, and access.
Third-party links
Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products or services on our website. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
Your Rights and Choices About Your Information
This section describes mechanisms you can use to control certain uses and disclosures of your information and rights you may have under state law, depending on where you live.
Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies or other tracking technology files, or to alert you when these files are being sent. We honor Do Not Track signals and do not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track (DNT) browser mechanism is in place.
If you disable or refuse cookies or similar tracking files, some Services features may be inaccessible or not function properly.
Promotions by the Company. If you do not wish us to use your information to promote our own or third parties’ products or services, you can opt out by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided in promotional emails or by contacting us directly.
Targeted Advertising by the Company. If you do not want us to use information that we collect or that you provide to us to deliver advertisements according to our advertisers’ target audience preferences, you can opt out by by following the unsubscribe instructions included in our emails or by contacting us at contracts@multidataservices.com. Users can set preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Settings page or by using the Google Analytics Opt Out Browser add on.
Disclosure of Your Information for Third-Party Advertising. If you do not want us to share your personal data with unaffiliated or non-agent third parties for advertising and marketing purposes, you can opt out as described in Your Rights and Choices About Your Information. We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI“) on the NAI’s website.
Location Data. You can choose whether or not to allow the Services to collect and use real-time information about your device’s location through the device’s privacy settings. If you block the use of location information, some Services features may become inaccessible or not function properly.
Your State Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residency, you may have certain rights related to your personal data, including:
- Access and Data Portability. You may confirm whether we process your personal data and access a copy of the personal data we process. To the extent feasible and required by state law, depending on your state, data will be provided in a portable format. Depending on your state, you may have the right to receive additional information and it will be included in the response to your access request.
- You may request that we correct inaccuracies in your personal data that we maintain, taking into account the information’s nature and processing purpose.
- You may request that we delete personal data about you that we maintain, subject to certain exception under applicable law.
- Opt Out of Using Personal Data for Targeted Advertising, Profiling, and Sales. You may request that we do not use your personal data for these purposes, as described in Your Rights and Choices About Your Information.
Important: The exact scope of these rights vary by state. There are also several exceptions where we may not have an obligation to fulfill your request.

How We Retain Your Personal Data
We keep the categories of personal data described in this policy for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described or for as otherwise legally permitted or required, such as maintaining the Services, operating our organization, complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and for safety, security, and fraud prevention. This means that we consider our legal and business obligations, potential risks of harm, and nature of the information when deciding how long to retain personal data. At the end of the retention period, personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or deidentified.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time, and we will provide notice of any such changes to the policy as required by law. The date the privacy policy was last updated is identified at the top of the page. We will notify you of changes to this policy by updating the “last updated” date and posting the updated policy on the Services. We may email or otherwise communicate reminders about this policy, but you should check our Services periodically to see the current policy and any changes we have made to it.
