Master Agency Management System



The MDS Explorer Master Agency Management System streamlines the process of handling work orders and invoices through a master “Agency” company. This system works as an option to the core MDS Explorer Work Order system and allows users to enter Work Orders and related invoices at cost within the buildings where work is being performed.

Upon approval, this system automatically creates an open accounts payable item paid from the central agency company to the vendor that did the work. At the same time, a payable item to the agency company from the building where the work was performed is also created. The system also supports the option to markup the invoices being paid to the agency for optimal efficiency.
